1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7 TO 15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
